VISA
We were briefed by VISA to develop personas for their key audiences. The creative brief was to bring those audiences to life in a series of 7 playbooks, 1 for each persona. Each of the 7 personas were created through analysis of VISA customers and external research. This allowed us to paint a picture of each persona which includes – gender, age, life stage and lifestyle, where they work, how they play, what they spend their money on, what their ambitions are and external factors which have shaped their generation from music to politics to film. The result was a 100+ page book, a Google slides presentation and 7 short videos of each persona.
